The Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation held the expert and analytical event «Analysis of Public Governance to Adopt the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development». The analysis showed that «goals and targets in Russia's strategic planning documents are similar to all the 17 SDGs, but we can't say how to adjust the 2030 Agenda to Russia, how to achieve the goals and manage the system. And the main reason for this is the lack of well-established cooperation between Government agencies when it comes to implementing the 2030 Agenda». Topics for discussion: integrating the 2030 Agenda's provisions, important for Russia, into Russian strategic plans incentives and mechanisms for integrating the SDGs into regional strategies cooperation between government, business, and civil society, paving the way for sustainability in the era of uncertainty.
